The figure will visually highlight the corresponding muscles. Whether it’s showing muscles that are ready for action or where you might be overdoing it, Insights helps you stay balanced and efficient in your fitness journey.
With an intuitive figure of the human body, muscles are highlighted based on the selected view — offering a quick, visual summary of what’s happening in your body, allowing you to make better decisions about where to focus or ease off.
Configurable Charts for a Personalized Experience
One size doesn’t fit all, which is why we made Insights highly configurable. The new Insights tab includes a customizable section where you can add or remove the charts that are most relevant to your fitness goals. Whether you want to keep track of your body weight, see progress in a specific exercise, or visualize weekly training frequency, you decide what matters most.
Adding or removing charts is simple — just choose from a list of available metrics like Body Weight Progress or Bench Press Performance. This flexibility means your Insights tab will always reflect what's important to you, whether you’re chasing a personal best or aiming for balanced development across all muscle groups.
