How to perform

  1. Lie on your back with heels on a stability ball
  2. Keep arms flat on the floor for balance
  3. Lift your hips until your body forms a straight line
  4. Bend your knees and roll the ball toward your hips
  5. Keep hips lifted as you curl the ball in
  6. Slowly roll the ball back out with control
  7. Keep your core tight and avoid arching your lower back
  8. Lower hips to rest, then repeat
