How to perform
- Stand tall or sit upright with a kettlebell in the “rack” position at shoulder height
- Keep your wrist straight and elbow slightly in front of your body
- Brace your core and squeeze your glutes to avoid leaning back
- Press the kettlebell overhead until your arm is straight and your biceps are near your ear
- Keep your shoulder down and avoid shrugging toward your ear
- Lower the kettlebell slowly back to the rack position with control
- Breathe out as you press and breathe in as you lower
- Use a light weight first and stop if you feel shoulder pain
