How to perform
- Set a bench upright between two low cable pulleys
- Attach handles and choose a light starting weight
- Sit tall with feet flat and core braced
- Hold handles at shoulder height, palms facing forward
- Press the handles overhead until your arms are nearly straight
- Keep your back against the bench and avoid arching
- Lower slowly back to shoulder height with control
- Keep shoulders down and avoid locking your elbows hard
