How to perform

  1. Set the bench upright at a slight incline, about 30–45 degrees
  2. Place the cable handles just behind shoulder height
  3. Sit tall with feet flat, chest up, and back supported
  4. Hold handles at upper-chest level with elbows slightly below shoulders
  5. Press the handles forward and slightly upward until arms are nearly straight
  6. Keep wrists straight and avoid locking the elbows hard
  7. Slowly return until you feel a chest stretch, without letting shoulders roll forward
  8. Keep your core tight and shoulders down throughout
