How to perform
- Anchor the band at about eye or forehead height
- Stand tall and hold the band with both hands, palms facing down
- Step back until the band has light tension
- Pull the band toward your face, leading with high elbows
- Separate your hands as you pull, bringing them beside your ears
- Squeeze your upper back and rear shoulders at the end
- Return slowly with control and repeat
- Keep your neck relaxed; do not shrug your shoulders
