How to perform
- Place hands on a stable elevated surface, shoulder-width apart
- Walk feet back until your body forms a straight line
- Brace your core and keep hips level
- Bend elbows to lower your chest toward the surface
- Keep elbows angled slightly back, not wide out
- Press through your palms to return to the start
- Keep your neck neutral and avoid letting your lower back sag
- Use a higher surface to make the exercise easier
