How to perform
- Set the suspension handles at chest height and stand facing away from the anchor
- Hold the handles with straight arms, palms facing down
- Walk your feet back to create a straight body line and light forward lean
- Brace your core and keep your hips level
- Bend your elbows to lower your chest between the handles
- Keep your elbows at about a 45-degree angle from your body
- Press through your hands to return to straight arms
- Step closer to the anchor to make it easier, or farther away to make it harder
